I have posted some simmary information on the status of the TDWG 
Ontologies and Darwin Core on the VoMaG Group's Wiki at
http://community.gbif.org/pg/pages/view/29079/a-review-of-the-tdwg-ontologies
There is a link to a discussion thread on the site.  This is somewhat 
untested technology but Éamonn thinks the Group Discussion pages may be 
the most effective way to conduct discussions for the VoMaG group.
