Hi Markus,

Thanks for this.

One thing we need is a rewrite rule to do 

http://rs.tdwg.org/ontology2/voc/TaxonConcept

to

http://rs.tdwg.org/ontology2/voc/TaxonConcept.rdf

as the namespaces hide the file extension. The extension should probably actually be .owl now and may be something else in the future I guess.

The other thing that may need discussing is that we lose the human readable form by making this move.

Should we generate OWL docs or something similar? They could be hosted almost anywhere and we could have a comment in the head of the files telling people to go there.
