[tdwg-tapir] TAPIR and the standardization of SRU

Hi Roger,
I was just pointing out the common ancestry as a curiosity, not implying 
functional significance.  It is encouraging because as you mentioned, 
there is a general convergence by different communities toward common 
and hopefully compatible solutions.
