[tdwg-tapir] TAPIR variable misspelled in rss2 output model

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for spotting it - please go ahead with the change. 
Since the corresponding RSS element is optional it was probably just 
being discarded by TAPIR providers. 

I think the "darwin" skin in TapirLink uses this output model.
