Breakout groups and volunteers to take notes

    Thanks for pointint that out. We are looking at 3 groups at most.
    So there may be room for one more breakout group to discuss other
kinds of data, and maybe discuss external linkage from the core data
domains. Otherwise we will factor in some time for the entire group to
discuss that subject.
