LSID extension for Firefox 1.5

For anyone playing with LSIDs and Firefox, I've just noticed that
Firefox 1.5 breaks my LSID extension which makes LSIDs "clickable".
I've fixed this, and version 0.3 of the extension can be installed from
http://darwin.zoology.gla.ac.uk/~rpage/lsid/. It will also be posted to
http://lsid.mozdev.org, but that site appears to be down.
