New GUID technology comparison page

    Thanks Rod,

    I've messed with the username and passwords in the LSID Perl stack
several times, but forgot about it completely when writing the
comparison. Thanks for pointing it out.
    I'm going to make a guess and ellaborate it further. The username
and password are probably used to authorize clients resolving a LSID or
getting data/metadata using SOAP/HTTP.
    Anyway, I've fixed it on the comparison page.
