(first 4 columns). The first 3 columns should have controlled vocabularies and it would be good to also discuss these.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">I have also taken up Tim’s suggestion to parse out effort type into separate columns (F – I) and also added column K, which I think will be
useful as a search/filter parameter. These too should have controlled vocabularies which we should discuss.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
