[tdwg-humboldt] Seeking ratification of the Humboldt Extension for ecological inventories

I'm going to pile on as well and thank everyone involved for their hard
work! It was a very enlightening experience for me and I really enjoyed
working with you all. And I'm looking forward to using the Humboldt
Extension with our data!
