[tdwg-humboldt] Seeking ratification of the Humboldt Extension for ecological inventories

It is wonderful we are across the line.  Thanks to Yani for her leadership.

John and Steve I think all of us appreciate your expertise and guidance
with the process.

I look forward to the day when these richer data sets start appearing at
GBIF.
