[tdwg-humboldt] Hierarchical Events guide document

Hi all,

Thanks for a very productive meeting. It seems we are reaching an agreement on the Hierarchical Events document. You can find the document here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r_XMEgB7p7OI7a5Ouq6G9oa7LmQFPcFhZZCLD9gWOIE/edit>.

As a group, we managed to discuss until point 4 in section 3 Usage guidelines (normative). Ani and Wesley will make some editorial edits to the current document and next week we will keep discussing the points.

I did a first pass through all eco:terms and classified them as a 'design' or 'result' property. I also added the categories of terms.
