If not, at least if we got stable IDs on records in whatever form, we can manage the resolvability bit later, and identify duplicates.<o:p></o:p></p></div></div></blockquote><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Note that you can mint the DOI before registering it.
