[tdwg-content] Deadline for use case submission for ac:subjectPart and ac:subjectOrientation controlled vocabularies extended to Dec 1

Because some members of the community only found out at the TDWG annual meeting about the request for use cases for the ac:subjectPart and ac:subjectOrientation controlled vocabularies, we've extended the deadline for submissions to December 1.  For links to examples and the use case submission forms, see the Task Group home page at https://github.com/tdwg/ac/tree/master/views .
