[tdwg-content] Two issues opened on the DwC issues tracker

I have opened two issues on the Darwin Core Google Code issues tracker.

Issue 135 (http://code.google.com/p/darwincore/issues/detail?id=135) 
involves the technical definition of dwc:ResourceRelationship.
Issue 136 (http://code.google.com/p/darwincore/issues/detail?id=136) 
involves the lack of clarity of the identity of the Darwin Core 
normative (Type 1) documents.
