[tdwg-content] DwC - Java Reader failing to read archives

Hello All,

I have recently created a small dwc archive that validates fine (with some
minor column errors) on the validator online. However, the jar fails to
read any values from each record, printing null, although the validator
shows the values fine.

I have attached the archive if it is of any use but I am assuming it is due
to the lack of updates for the jar?
