[tdwg-content] BCI et al. merger

Can anyone tell me authoritatively what is the status of the merger of
BCI, Biorepositories.org and Index
Herbariorum? In particular, what will the new portal be called and at
what URL?  I need to update some Audubon Core citations as we near the
AC public comment effort.
