[tdwg-content] Stability of tdwg-content postings? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Who can create content on it?  Any registered user, or can registered 
users only make comments?  Also, I was going to login to check it out, 
but none of my usual passwords worked and I can't find any link for 
"forgotten password" as suggested on 
http://wiki.tdwg.org/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/ResetPassword
