[tdwg-content] stake in the ground for an Annotation ontology

At http://bdei2.cs.umb.edu/mw/AnnotationOntology will be found
comments about (and diagrams, and links to a current version) of an
evolving ontology for biodiversity data annotation.  It will be put on
the table for the new TDWG data annotation interest group.  I'll talk
about in last of the TDWG Thursday sessions on Annotation.
