I would favor it, because keeping recordClass versus resource type
better separated. "NomenclaturalAct",  "TaxonomicAct" would be
dcterms:type =event, for unpublished acts or dcterms:type=text for
published acts. In fact in this case, the dcterms:type would no longer
be redundant.
