[tdwg-content] subgenus as part of higherClassification

Peter,
I would actually prefer that, yes. But as long as you can indicate the  
rank separately, it can be interpreted correctly without the  
corresponding genus.
Just in the higherClassification you cant always, as its a  
concatenation of names only.
