Hi Anna,

Thanks!!  I will work on a proposal then, discuss it with others  
involved in the development of the PhyloCode and will come to the  
meeting in November with something to propose to the DwC group.  I  
hope this sounds a good plan to all.  If not, I would like to hear  
some alternatives.  Thanks!!
