[tdwg-spm] Species profile model instance examples

Bob has created a page on the Species Profile Model wiki for instance
examples (http://wiki.tdwg.org/twiki/bin/view/SPM/InstanceExamples).  You
are all encouraged to put your own examples there and add comments too.

In reaction to the AbiesAlba example and observations from Marcus, I have
put up one on SalmoSalar and posed some further questions.
