Meeting in March

Dear colleagues,

A new option arose and I want to open the discussion again:

Several people who may attend prefer Canberra. Who could meet in
Canberra 19-22, rather than 12-14 Sydney. I could probably handle
this just as well, and so can Bob Morris (I think...).

If anybody has already made travel plans based on yesterdays
announcement: please email me directly, this would veto any change.
