Now that the final review period has concluded, I'd like to know if <br>
there are any objections to sharing a read-only version of the <br>
document's current form to those that have shown an early interest (e.g. <br>
the Marine and Biological Data Clusters in ESIP).<br>

We'll note that this is a pre-release version, and replace it with the <br>
DOI of the published report when we release that.<br>
